The Staffing Recruiter is responsible for identifying, attracting, and onboarding top talent for clients or the organization. This role involves creating and executing recruitment strategies, building relationships with candidates and hiring managers, and ensuring an efficient and positive hiring process. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of the recruitment lifecycle, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Candidate Sourcing : Utilize job boards, social media, employee referrals, and other creative sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates. Screening & Interviewing : Conduct initial screenings, phone interviews, and in-person interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit. Client Collaboration : Work closely with hiring managers or clients to understand job requirements, company culture, and position expectations. Job Postings : Write and post job advertisements to attract top talent. Candidate Management : Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for current and future needs. Compliance : Ensure hiring processes adhere to company policies, industry regulations, and equal opportunity employment standards. Negotiations : Manage offer negotiations, including salary discussions, start dates, and employment terms. Onboarding Support : Assist with the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires. Data Management : Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and generate recruitment metrics reports as needed. Qualifications Proven experience as a recruiter, staffing specialist, or similar role. Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools. Strong knowledge of hiring laws, regulations, and best practices. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant tools. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Key Competencies
