Director of ERP

Position Summary: The Director of ERP will play a pivotal role in the successful implementation and ongoing management of NetSuite. This includes leading the deployment of core financial modules, inventory management, and manufacturing functionalities. Post-implementation, the Director will build and lead a high-performing ERP team, ensuring the system aligns with the organizations business goals and drives operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: ERP Implementation Leadership: Lead the end-to-end implementation of NetSuite ERP, including core financial modules, inventory management, and manufacturing. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and external consultants to ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget. Oversee data migration, system integration, testing, and user training to ensure a seamless transition. Team Development: Build and manage a skilled ERP team post-implementation, including recruitment, training, and performance management. Foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation within the ERP team. System Oversight & Optimization: Maintain and optimize NetSuite ERP to support the companys evolving needs. Ensure system compliance with financial regulations and best practices. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system performance and user adoption. Strategic Collaboration: Partner with leadership to align ERP capabilities with business objectives. Provide insights and recommendations to support data-driven decision-making across finance, inventory, and manufacturing operations.
