Security Analyst 4 . The selected individual will be working in a Security Specialist role and assisting with the compliance of Sensitive compartmented information (SCI), and Special Access Program (SAP) government contracts. Additionally, the selected individual will be responsible for the security administration, management, training and operations of SCI and SAP programs. As a security specialist, you are the primary interface between Kratos Program Management, Leadership and Government customers as it pertains to program management and compliance. Duties include, but are not limited to: Assisting in developing and executing approved policies and procedures for safeguarding Special Access Program (SAP), Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI), and collateral information. Ensuring strict adherence to the provisions of the NISPOM, its Supplement, the DoD Overprint, DCID, ICD, and SAP policies. Providing day-to-day security support, including continuous assessment of procedures to identify shortfalls and providing appropriate recommendations for revising and improving security policies, procedures, and systems. Developing and implementing a Security Education and Training Awareness (SETA) program for employees to ensure they understand and comply with security protocols. Conducting indoctrinations, debriefs, annual refresher training, and any additional required training. Briefing all levels of personnel, both in the government and senior civilian services, on a variety of security-related topics. Developing and implementing procedures for responding to security incidents, including reporting incidents to the appropriate authorities and conducting investigations. Conducting and documenting SCI/SAP self-inspections, facility compliance reviews, follow-on facility reviews, and facility close-outs. Maintaining all security documentation and personnel security records for cleared personnel in each required database (DISS, SC, TALON, JADE) in accordance with DoD and IC policies. 7-10 years related experience SFPC counts towards 3 years of experience; SPSC counts towards 5 years of experience Maximum equivalent experience for SPED Certifications is no more than 5 years Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills including the use of Microsoft Office software FSO training (possessing facilities), or completed within 3 months of hiring US Citizenship Experience in Personnel, Physical, and Industrial Security Experience in COMSEC Experience in SCI and SAP management Experience working with DoD and IC customers Current/Active TS/SCI security clearance Willingness to submit to a CI Polygraph
