Senior Network Engineer

Insight Global is looking for a Network Engineer with a Secret clearance to support us and a DOD customer on a large-scale cloud integration project. This individual will provide senior level engineering architecture and design support to provide enterprise-level solutions using virtual and physical networking technologies and storage solutions. They will also help to provide white papers for technical systems solutions and incremental roadmaps. Their expertise in networking will help to build and integrate a large multi-tenant system for command and control (C2) weapons systems.

Hourly: 67-73/hr Salary: 133,000-152,000

Required Skills & Experience - Secret Clearance with willingness to be processed for TS - 5+ years of networking experience - Active IAT II (Sec+ or equivalent) certification or higher - Experience with network/system engineering, routers, switches, VPNs, and security - Experience configuring routers and switches (cisco highly preferred) - Experience building LAN and WAN networks - Experience configuring physical server racks and fiber cables

Nice to Have Skills & Experience - Experience with cloud network connectivity configuration - Experience working in multivendor network environments - Experience installing COTS products
