Entreprise Solutions Architect
to craft compelling and compliant cloud-based solutions for REI's clients. Working with REIs Account Management and REIs CTO, successful candidates will support REI's growth strategy, application modernization endeavors, while ensuring solution excellence for our customers. The position enables REI to provide best-in-class thought-leadership and support to our Accounts. It also contributes toward REI's long-term strategy to organically acquire and retain customers and talent while expanding and deepening our portfolio of offerings. Responsibilities: Key Result Areas and Activities: Develop compelling solutions as part of approved captures (proposition, plans, people, products, past performance, pricing) Develop and maintain an modernization roadmap for systems within the Account, aligned with the Account Agencys CIO and business initiatives Foster internal REI relationships and mentor senior technical staff Support competitive technical proposal solutions Lead organic technical proposal solutions Generate thought leadership aligning to the Accounts modernization roadmap, working with marketing, account, and offering teams Lead responses to market research activities Influence customers, employees, and partners Support decision-making for lead identification and qualification
Qualifications: Work Experience: Delivery experience in enterprise-scale software and data platforms for Federal agencies Familiarity with multiple technology stacks, including low-code platforms Leadership experience in technical proposal generation Capture and Sales support experience in the U.S. Federal, State, and Local public sector Experience in end-to-end solution development lifecycle and agile methodologies Expertise in cloud services supporting identity management, microservice and event-driven architectures and modern data architectures Experience with delivery frameworks, such as Agile, DevSecOps, and integrated Human-Centered Design Education:
Bachelors degree in computer science, data analytics, business intelligence, economics, statistics, or mathematics Location:
