OVERVIEW
iTech AG is looking for a Senior ServiceNow Developer to support our Federal Government contract. The ServiceNow developer will provide software configuration across various technical areas, analyze business requirements, develop technical requirements, develop and design application modules, workflows, and catalog requests, and effectively lead, mentor, and champion junior team members.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Configure the ServiceNow application. Carry out unit testing and defect resolution. Assist in solution creation and sprint planning. Assist in the migration of the changes to production. Assist with technical design and documentation. Research and train for new ServiceNow functionality as needed. Other duties as assigned. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
3+ years of experience working on the ServiceNow platform. 3+ years of experience working within the ITSM module Experience providing code reviews and feedback to team members. Experience providing support on the ServiceNow platform in a helpdesk environment. EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in a related field ServiceNow CSA ServiceNow CIS certification-ITSM ServiceNow CAD certification SECURITY CLEARANCE
Ability to obtain and maintain Public Trust Pursuant to a federal contract, US Citizenship is required.
