Job Title: Project Manager (BPR PMO) Location: Sunnyvale, CA (Hybrid) Duration: 10 months contract with possibility of extension Pay rate: $62-67/hr on W2+Mindsource benefits

The PMO is a supporting function for the global Business Process Re-engineering (BPR) teams. These BPR teams are the project and business change management function withinOperations.

Our PMO has several key responsibilities: 1. Strategy & Planning: • Enable BPR Leaders to make the best Investment Decisions to deliver high ROI solutions • Driving strategic alignment through multi-year road-mapping and through leading the annual capital planning process for Operations. • Drive standardization and professional representation of BPR to executive

2. Execution: Drive Operational Efficiencies and reduce risk across the Portfolio • Owning execution at the portfolio level - reporting, cross portfolio impact assessment. • Develop systems and processes to drive and measure ongoing efficiencies and deliver benefits. • Establish Program Lifecycle Methodologies relevant to BPR, Templates, Operating structure and drive key measures for program rigor. Lead change management across all program teams within BPR. Train and mentor BPR team members on how to assure project delivery. • On a day-to-day basis drive ongoing portfolio management processes such as monitoring the health of the portfolio and status, highlighting critical issues & exceptions for mitigation. • As dded responsibility, there is change required to continue to mature and hone the tools, methods, and techniques which we make available to all BPR teams.

3. Setting the standards and tools via which BPR completes its work: • Drive the management system which the BPR teams utilize to stay aligned and communicate internally. • Act as a program management function for key cross functional initiatives within Operations.

4. People • Lead and support programs to enrich the "People Experience" and enhance their core competencies • Facilitate the management system to drive learnings ongoing for employees on key topics e.g. Presentation skills, new hire induction, workshops and more

Minimum Qualifications 7+ years experience in managing and leading high performing teams Bachelors degree in business, Supply Chain, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, or relevant field required. MBA or Masters degree preferred. Deep understanding of project, program and portfolio planning and delivery to the level that they can set standards, propose policy, and mentor others. Proven understanding of end-to-end business processes of a manufacturing business, from sales through the supply chain.

Preferred Qualifications The ability to bring structure to one's own work and the work of others. Exceptional communication skills, verbal, written and presentation. Strong ability to personally drive large scale initiatives under pressure, with high levels of complexity and ambiguity. Develop and lead a high performing team: Invest heavily in employee development and mentoring for growth Prior consulting experience with Big 4 Consulting Firms is desirable, but not required. Prior leadership role driving strategy and change across diverse groups within and across organizations. Expertise in leading diverse teams and investing in mentoring and growth for the individuals.
