Roles & Responsibilities: Develop custom applications and functionalities on the Salesforce platform using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components. Design and implement data models, workflows, and business logic to meet specific business requirements. Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware platforms. Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Perform code reviews, ensure adherence to coding standards, and maintain best practices in Salesforce development. Conduct unit testing and support user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure the reliability and performance of Salesforce solutions. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks within Salesforce applications. Optimize Salesforce performance and scalability by implementing best practices in code and configuration. Maintain comprehensive documentation of development processes, configurations, and customizations. Stay current with Salesforce updates, new features, and industry trends to continuously improve Salesforce solutions.
