Job Description

Atmus Filtration Technologies provides engineering experiences for students across a wide range of engineering disciplines and STEM aligned degree programs. Co-op & Intern roles are typically project based and the student will gain a broad range of experiences and will grow as both a person and a professional.

Responsibilities

The Student Engineering Co-op/Interns will gain knowledge and support experienced engineering staff in one or more of the following areas: Research & Development - New Media & Materials, Chemical Systems, Advanced Manufacturing Systems & Processes Product Design / Development / Validation - New Product Development, Current Product Support or Validation/Verification planning for filtration & separation systems Customer Engineering - Application & Customer support, Issue Resolution Test Engineering - Development of new laboratory equipment, procedures, and test methods Reliability - Product Development Risk Assessment & Failure Analysis Data Science - Inferential Data Analysis & Predictive Tool Creation Qualifications

To be successful in this role you will need experience in or willingness to learn the following:

Currently enrolled in an Engineering degree program and in good standing. Some openings prefer specific degree programs such as Chemical, Mechanical, and/or Electrical engineering. Other roles will consider all STEM aligned degree programs. Methodical and data-based approach to problem-solving Ability to follow HSE and Technical Function Standards / Practices Decision Quality Drives Results Collaborates & Communicates Effectively Self-Development Degree Programs Considered:

Co-Op program criteria :

Must be a currently enrolled student pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree. Minimum 2.5 or above GPA preferred. Must be able to complete a minimum of 3-months to 6-months or a maximum of a 12-months commitment. Must be able to complete 40 hours per week. Willingness to learn from others on the job.
