Align with the companys global strategy to develop localized growth plans. Client Acquisition and Relationship Management Identify, negotiate, and secure partnerships with educational institutions, schools, and corporate clients in North America. Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships to maximize partnership value. Team Building and Leadership Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing B2B sales and business development team in North America.Set performance targets and ensure the team achieves business goals effectively. Market Analysis and Competitive Research? Conduct market research to analyze trends, dynamics, and competitive landscapes in North America.Use data-driven insights to optimize strategies and identify new growth opportunities. Cross-functional Collaboration? Collaborate with product, marketing, and operations teams to deliver customized solutions and drive business growth. Ensure the specific needs of the North American market are reflected in the companys offerings. Qualifications: Bachelors degree or higher. Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, with a strong understanding of the North American market; experience in the education or training sector is a plus. Proven experience in building and managing cross-cultural teams. Results-oriented, entrepreneurial mindset, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Excellent cross-cultural communication skills and adaptability to an international working environment. Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills. Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions. Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin is a plus.
