The Human Resources team supports our employee population by providing the structure, care, and development needed for individual employees to be successful in their own careers, which in turn contributes to the overall growth and success of the Company. The Human Resources department is organized in three strategic pillars: Compensation and Benefits: payroll, health and welfare benefits, retirement plan services, and immigration. Human Resources Business Partners and Talent Acquisition: performance management, employee relations, recruiting and retaining talent, coaching and counseling. Talent Development: corporate social responsibility, Diversity, Inclusion & Family, learning and leadership development, internal communications, and employee engagement. The Opportunity:
As the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will serve as the recruitment expert for Herms of Paris, the Herms US subsidiary. You will be a strategic talent partner, maintaining cross-functional relationships with the business and internal HR partners to attract, hire, and retain best in class talent. You will combine creative ideas and process optimization to manage the successful recruitment of open positions across all business units, including Retail, Corporate, e-Commerce and Service Centers. This position will report to the VP, HR and be based in the New York City or Beverly Hills, CA corporate offices.
About the Role:
Serves as the Talent Acquisition expert for Herms US operations including Retail, Corporate, e-Commerce and Service Centers. Responsible for the design, implementation, and management of Company-wide talent acquisition programs, continually striving for optimization to ensure that we hire top talent. Manages in-house talent systems, including Oracle HCM Cloud, with a focus on the candidate experience. Manages vendor relationships related to recruitment and pre-boarding, including staffing agencies, LinkedIn, electronic references, background screenings, etc. Designs, implements, and manages talent sourcing activities to attract high caliber candidates: manage all job description templates, external & internal postings, talent sourcing and resume screening, interview panels, feedback calibration meetings, pre-employment screenings, prepares and delivers job offers. Partners with HR Business Partners to ensure onboarding documents are up to date, relevant, and in legal compliance. Partners pro-actively with business leaders and HR business partners on full cycle recruiting processes to meet various hiring needs within the organization. Conducts regular touch base meetings with leaders and hiring managers to provide frequent recruitment status updates. In partnership with Talent Development, continue to enhance diverse hiring initiatives. In partnership with Learning & Development, provides management teams with talent sourcing and interview skills trainings. Works closely and collaboratively with HRBP team to support and implement new programs and initiatives that impact the employee value proposition. In partnership with Global team, continually evolves the design and messaging of our employer branding. Partners closely with HRBPs and business leaders on internal mobility processes to facilitate internal transfers, promotions, and relocations, responding to business needs in a timely and effective manner. Owns special projects, initiatives, and goals to enhance the overall internal and external candidate experience. Supervisory Responsibility:

Minimum 5 years of experience in a high-volume Talent Acquisition role Must have prior experience managing Talent Acquisition programs Experience in luxury retail and/or service-oriented organization preferred Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud Recruitment a big plus! Bachelor's Degree preferred Strong skills in high volume recruitment across all levels, from entry-level to executive leadership Exceptional relationship-building skills to create long-lasting impact both internally and externally Solid understanding of world class talent acquisition and recruitment best practices Ability to move quickly and decisively, influence others, and ask for support where needed Excellent written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills with a focus on internal and external customer service Demonstrated ability to use technology (i.e. Excel, PowerPoint, Word, HRIS systems) to gather, interpret, organize and present data Sound judgment and critical thinking skills; successful management of multiple projects and completing priorities while balancing the needs for quality with meeting deadlines Detail oriented with strong organizational skills; evidence of self-motivation; demonstrated ability to plan, schedule and work both independently and in teams within a service-oriented organization
The range for this position is $78.899.00 - $131,499.00 annually. Actual rates are determined based on the job, location, and individual experience.
