Level : 15 years Role/Designation M365 Sr. Technical Consultant with Good understanding on Education / Qualification Bachelor's Degree or higher in Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent experience. Certification Any technical certification in M365 would be an advantage. No of years of experience 15 Years Team size handled (if any) Minimum 5 or more Primary Skills (Must have) - Proven experience with the
Microsoft 365 ecosystem , including Exchange
Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Teams, and the Power Platform. - Experience integrating
third-party tools or services with Microsoft 365 - Familiarity with other
Microsoft Cloud services like Azure and its dependent services for M365 -
Provide best-practice recommendations for adopting and optimizing the M365 suite of tools (e.g., Teams, SharePoint, Exchange Online, OneDrive, Power Platform). - Experience in remediating other third party form solutions to M365 ecosystem. (Experience preferably on SmartSheets remediation, but if not then k2, nintex forms and other form solutions also would do) Secondary skills (Good to have ) - Development experience on Power Platform - Understanding of M365 security and compliance features, including Azure Active Directory, Conditional Access, and Identity Management. Job/Role Description - Work closely with customers to demonstrate how their cloud strategy aligns with Microsoft technology. - Creating architectural designs based on customer requirements for M365 & Smartsheet. - Deliver product presentations and configured demonstrations to prove our ability to meet a prospect's cloud adoption needs. - Act as the Technical Design Authority on projects alongside the Solution Architects for Smartsheet & M365. - Provide governance to projects and mentor members of the team. - Engage with customer stakeholders and ensure the recommended solutions are understood throughout the firm. - Maintaining technical knowledge by working closely with WinWire Microsoft account teams.
