Salary Range: $100,000-$16,000 base plus 0.25% equity.
A growing organization is seeking a Demand Generation Leader to spearhead the development and optimization of go-to-market (GTM) channel growth strategies. This role operates at the crossroads of data, technology, and strategy, focusing on building scalable systems to drive lead generation, qualification, and engagement. A key responsibility will involve creating a data-driven lead ranking engine and optimizing lead funnels to accelerate growth.
Key Responsibilities Lead Ranking & Scoring:
Design and refine a data-driven lead ranking engine to effectively prioritize high-quality prospects. Data-Driven Campaigns:
Plan and execute data-backed campaigns to enhance lead acquisition, nurturing, and conversion across multiple channels. Tech Stack Development:
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to develop and optimize marketing tools, integrations, and analytics systems. Channel Strategy Optimization:
Experiment with SEM, paid advertising, email, social media, and other GTM channels to uncover high-ROI strategies. Performance Measurement:
Define, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to pipeline growth, campaign effectiveness, and return on investment (ROI).
This position requires a technically proficient, GTM-savvy leader with a passion for scaling innovative strategies to drive measurable growth.
