Moore Media & Digital, a division of Moore,

work to build donor surround sound with video, audio, and other digital messages. Part of this is through addressable media, where you know who the person is you are targeting. This includes programmatic video, CTV, programmatic display, email, texting, and some social ads. And part of this is through non-addressable media like DRTV, traditional radio advertising, and other digital services like website design.

Your Impact: Act as single point of contact for all DRTV campaign components for one to two clients, including data feeds, digital support, call centers reporting, media buying and creative production. Coordinate DRTV program meetings, both internal and external, by conducting weekly status meetings, distributing notes, preparing and conducting client presentations as needed, tracking action items and driving completion in a timely manner, and overseeing implementation of all ongoing and new DRTV-related projects. Oversee setup of new programs by establishing and maintaining data flow documents for the backend reporting and fulfillment for DRTV programs and developing reports from Call Centers, eCRM databases, and client databases of record for DRTV transactions. Oversee DRTV client call center activities with assistance from subject matter experts while monitoring calls and providing recommendations for improvement, assisting with developing and conducting call center training, leading calibration calls with call center and client participation, and creating call center memos and recommendations. Analyze and deliver reporting to client and internal teams to measure program performance including regular KPI reports, retention reports and analyses, benchmark analyses, and ongoing testing to optimize results. Use Google Analytics and conversion data to outline processes for optimizing donor conversion on webpages, emails, landing pages, etc. Track budgets and invoicing to ensure accuracy and timely billing. Your Background:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent from accredited college or university. Marketing, Business or Communications preferred. 3-5 years project management experience. Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple complex projects with multiple stakeholders. Resourceful detail-oriented self-starter who can take initiative and drive projects forward with solid follow-through skills. Strong working knowledge and comfort working with data organizations and operations. Hands-on experience analyzing and reporting on program results. Understanding of nonprofit industry best practices in direct marketing fundraising including direct mail, digital, telemarketing, and DRTV. Direct nonprofit and/or fundraising account management experience a plus, Experience with Constituent Relationship Management (CRM) systems like Luminate Online, EveryAction, Salsa, etc. a plus. Google Analytics experience a plus. Interpersonal skills to develop professional working relationships with clients, vendors, sister companies, and internal teams. Ability to adapt to changing priorities. Commitment to delivering error-free work and high-quality customer service to clients. Friendly, customer-service oriented attitude. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. Strong verbal and written communication skills. How We'll Support You:
