Workday Senior Analyst

The Workday Senior Analyst will typically focus on configuring and optimizing functional areas within the Workday system. This role is responsible for providing support to stakeholders across the Workday platform preferably within the Absence, Time Tracking, and Compensation modules.
What You'll Do
Take lead role in the Absence and Time Tracking or Compensation modules to include best practices for the system architecture from concept through requirements, design, build, test, deploy and maintain Assess current setup, configuration, systems, utilization and identify and recommend improvements Deliver high quality support in an accurate and timely manner utilizing requests from our ticket system Develop, implement, and maintain custom reports, dashboards and calculated fields to meet the business requirements and complete bulk data uploads via EIBs across various processes. Coordinate and execute various types of testing, including functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing. Provide training to stakeholders and prepare communication including DTPs and FAQs to support Workday adoption and utilization. Stays up to date on trends and developments within Workday area of expertise, continuous research and use of best practices. What We're Looking For
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or related field or equivalent work experience. Minimum of 2+ years Workday experience with expertise in Core HCM, Absence/Time Tracking and/or Compensation. Any other areas such as: Benefits, Talent, Recruitment a plus Ability to interpret business requirements, recommend and implement solutions. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues Ability to comply with handling sensitive and confidential employee data Works under general direction; must be able to work independently Excellent verbal and written communication, escalation, and conflict resolution skills Why Aristocrat?

Pay Range $79,598 - $147,825 per year
Our goal is to pay a market competitive salary focusing near the median of our pay ranges. However, final offers for all positions will be based on several factors such as experience level, education, skills, work location, and internal pay equity.
