Key Responsibilities
- Deliver on-site repair, maintenance, and installation services for complex electro-mechanical and electronic systems, ensuring minimal downtime and seamless operation.
- Analyze and troubleshoot technical issues, isolating problems to the component level and implementing corrective actions with precision.
- Stay at the forefront of semiconductor capital equipment advancements through continuous learning, training, and certifications.
- Execute field modifications and updates, maintaining detailed records to ensure alignment between the company and customer expectations.
- Act as a subject matter expert, fostering trust by transparently addressing challenges and opportunities while delivering superior customer service.
- Develop and implement customer response action plans tailored to unique client needs.
- Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior engineers, fostering a culture of learning and collaboration.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Electronics, Engineering, or related field with 5+ years of experience; or Masters degree with 3+ years; or equivalent professional experience.
- Proven track record in the installation, maintenance, or troubleshooting of semiconductor capital equipment.
- Strong ability to interpret electrical and mechanical schematics and technical documentation.
- Comfort working in cleanroom environments with appropriate safety attire.
- Willingness to travel frequently, both domestically and internationally, and to work flexible shifts, including overtime and on-call availability when necessary.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other common office software.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering effective solutions.
