Forward Bank seeks a full-time Commercial Loan Servicing Specialist in our Marshfield location. The Commercial Loan Servicing Specialist is essential in providing focused support for specialized servicing needs for commercial loans.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participation Payments: Process and monitor payments in participation loans, ensuring timely and accurate posting
• Floor Plan Management: Handle floor plan draws, inventory curtailment, and paydowns, ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded and aligned with bank policies.
• ARC Bill Memo & Payment Processing: Oversee ARC billing, memos, payment processing, and monthly balancing
• Collateral Lien Position Changes: Update and verify collateral lien positions, ensuring accurate documentation and compliance
• SBA Curtailment Payments & Transfers: Process SBA-related curtailment payments and transfers with precision and in compliance with regulatory requirements
• General Commercial Loan Servicing

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent. Additional training in the banking industry is preferred
• 2 - 3 years of related experience in a financial services role is preferred. Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered
• High level of organizational and problem - solving skills, with strong attention to detail
• Professionalism and ability to maintain confidentiality
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
