Piper Companies is seeking a senior Signal Integrity Engineer with strong experience with signal integrity principles, simulation tools, and testing methodologies. The ideal Signal Integrity Engineer must be willing to work onsite 5 days a week in Saratoga, CA.

Requirements for the Signal Integrity Engineer include:
• Design, analyze, and optimize high-speed SerDes interfaces at 120 Gbps
• Perform signal integrity and power integrity engineering with a strong focus on Ethernet and high-speed technologies
• Comprehend PDN design and power noise reduction techniques
• Develop and execute test plans using advanced test equipment to validate signal integrity
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve signal integrity issues and improve overall system performance
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers

Qualifications for the Signal Integrity Engineer include:
• 10+ years of experience in signal integrity and power integrity engineering with a strong focus on high-speed technologies
• In-depth knowledge of Ethernet and PCIe protocols, such as Serdes
• Proficiency in signal integrity and power integrity simulation tools (Ansys HFSS, CST, Candence Sigrity, HSPICE, ADS)
• Hands-on experience with test equipment such as oscilloscopes, TDR, VNA, and JBERTs
• Bachelor's or master's degree in electrical engineering or a related field
• Must be eligible to work in the United States and obtain and maintain an Active U.S Government Secret Clearance

Compensation for the Signal Integrity Engineer include:
• Salary range: $190,000 - $280,000 annually
