Professional Skills:
Education/Experience:
Experience with Adobe Premiere, Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects required.
Associates or Bachelor of Arts Degree in Design, Video Editing, Animation, or equivalent work experience preferred.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:
None
Language Ability:
Must have good reading, writing, and speaking skills to effectively communicate with studios, managers, and co-workers.
Math Ability:
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent, and to develop and interpret charts.
Reasoning Ability:
Perform under pressure and/or opposition at times relying on your own independent judgment and knowledge to decide the best directions and solutions. While representing the company, the marketing coordinator will be required to determine answers to questions and situations which may be socially or politically volatile. Execution and communication of such solutions are often in the public eye.
Computer Skills:
Adobe Creative Suite, social media knowledge, Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, database software, Monday.com
Supervisory Responsibilities:
This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities but can work closely with the other Motion Designers, Video Editors and Graphic Designers to task out work to complete projects.

- Take initiative on projects to over-deliver new and innovative solutions.
- Collaborate with other teams on how to best support larger media goals.
- A never-ending desire to learn new techniques and technology to advance your craft.
- Take an initial concept to the next level with motion graphics and animations.
- Assist in creating motion graphics for live events and digital lobby activations at our high-end locations.
- Proven skill and experience with sound editing and mixing.
- Understanding and proper use of graphic design concepts such as composition, layout, typography, image, color theory, timing, etc.
- Work with studios to resize and add animation to their assets for our screens.
- Ability to demonstrate new ideas through rough drafts or storyboards.
- Time management skills enough for meeting deadlines and efficiently managing projects.
- Ability to communicate technical/graphic-related specifications to other employees, suppliers and other third parties.
