Compensation Analyst

Remington Hotels, a national provider of hotel management services, is looking for an enthusiastic Compensation Analyst that will play a vital role in the in Corporate Human Resources Department. The ideal candidate is someone who has a passion for excellence, focuses on details, and lives and breathes data. The Compensation Analyst will be responsible for assisting in all aspects of Compensation Analytics and Benefits Compliance Analytics including the maintenance of Compensation Processes and Systems & validation process.
Compensation Analyst:
- Run Daily and Ad Hoc Reports and ensure data integrity (Data cleanup). Working with Regional HRBPs and HRIS for any corrections.
- Prepare Quarterly Incentive Bonus Audit
- Assist with data gathering for Job Surveys and Salary Planning Survey.
- Payfactor uploads and data refreshes Monthly
- Document any Minimum Wage changes (Federal, State, County, Local) and Geographical Differential Changes
- Work with HRIS with uploading Salary Structures, Data Clean Up, and EEOC Codes for New Jobs and
Corrections etc. - Conduct Market Pricings as need for Property Level using Payfactors and HICs
- Assist with the Property Level Merit/Bonus/LTI annual process, data refresh, changes, audit of final files
- Assist with the Property Level Compensation Statements
- Additional Ad Hoc Compensation Requests
- Create Standard Operating Manual (SOP) on the Compensation Analytics.
- Experience in Human Resources, Compensation, Benefits, or Financial Analysis is preferred.
- Undergraduate degree in Business, Human Resources, Finance, Economics, preferred.
- Must be able to produce high-quality work as part of a fast-paced, dynamic team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
