Simulation Consultant

• 10+ years of experience with simulations using Monte Carlo
• 10+ years of experience with data visualization tools such as Matplotlib or Tableau
• Experience consulting with directors and VPs to transform organization
• Understanding of data science libraries such as Pandas, Simpy, and Numpy
• Ability to build and run data science models and simulations.
• Experience extracting data from Snowflake pipelines.

Required Skills : Simulation/AI experience - Monte Carlo is ideal Python and SQL are nice to haves MUST HAVE SIMULATION/AI Experience - want this candidate to be their Simulation SME/Consultant STRONG COMMUNICATION SKILLS - able to bring ideas to the table/talk through processes with multiple business units, work through best practices, be able to suggest the how/what/when, etc. Long Term Project High Visibility New team/org at Sherwin Williams - so a lot of the projects will be greenfield projects where they are starting from scratch on best practices
