Rapid ReHousing Case Manager - Domestic Violence
$ 5,000 HIRING BONUS
$2500 at 30 days of employment
$2500 at 6 months of employment*
Rate: $42,000 to $58,000 based on education, experience, and program.
Full Time - 40 hours/week
The YMCA of Central Ohio is seeking enthusiastic and passionate candidates for our Domestic Violence Rapid ReHousing Program (RRH DV). We are seeking case managers who are dedicated to working with homeless individuals providing assistance, advocacy, and support to them as they move quickly into housing and provide client-driven services to assist in maintaining housing. RRH is focused on
assisting clients who have experienced domestic violence in locating, securing and maintaining housing. Work closely with DV system partners to assist clients in resolving issues related to DV.
A successful candidate will have a passion for serving the homeless community; embrace a housing first service model, utilizing harm reduction, progressive engagement, and trauma-informed care methodologies in client engagement. Must function well in a team environment; be dedicated to high-quality, low-barrier services, and thrive in an exciting and ever-changing environment.

Qualifications/Requirements:
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred; 2-3 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Exhibit strong collaborative skills
- Eager to embrace a model of service delivery based on harm reduction, trauma informed care and client choice
- Detail oriented with excellent time management, organizational, written, verbal, and computer skills
- Knowledge of the Social Services available through Franklin County, the State of Ohio, and local agencies.
