As an Annuity Case Specialist, you'll have a direct impact on the lives of our valued partners-agents and agencies-by ensuring smooth, seamless processes that help them deliver exceptional service to our clients. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to build a deep understanding of annuity products, industry standards, and new business operations. Your work will make a tangible difference as you process applications with precision and efficiency, allowing us to serve our customers with excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess new business applications with careful attention to detail and in line with company standards.
• Navigate multiple systems to ensure timely processing of applications, always keeping the customer experience top of mind.
• Collaborate closely with team members to create a unified, efficient process that contributes to our collective success.
• Work within a fast-paced, results-driven team to deliver the highest level of service, driving customer satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships.
• Adapt to changing processes, systems, and business needs with flexibility and a positive attitude, ensuring that you remain effective in a dynamic, evolving environment.

Actual compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to qualifications, skills, competencies, location, and experience. The range listed is just one component of our total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include an annual bonus, quarterly bonuses, commissions, and other long-term incentive compensation, depending on the position.
