This role involves understanding PNT (Positioning, Navigation, and Timing) culture and standards, with a focus on RFI (Request for Information) response and task management, preferably using CATMs or similar tools. You will engage in stakeholder management, strategic communications, and ensure effective messaging to internal and external stakeholders.

You will engage in stakeholder management, strategic communications, and ensure effective messaging to internal and external stakeholders.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop, recommend, and implement modifications to current procedures and policies to improve efficiency; develop new standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Provide organizational management, including staffing analysis; support director-level organizational surveys to seek feedback from staff and provide recommendations on staffing efficiencies to achieve organizational goals.
- Collaborate with front office staff (e.g., workflow manager, legislative affairs) to assess the impact of taskers and new laws/policies on the organization; support the development and tracking of taskers/ action items assigned to the organization to ensure timely senior leadership feedback and approval.
- Evaluate and advise on the organization, methods, and procedures for providing administrative support systems such as records, communications, directives, forms, files, and documentation, with a focus on improving organizational and project-level data for ease of searching and sharing.
- Analyze management information requirements to develop program or administrative reporting systems, including systems specifications, data gathering and analytical techniques, and systems evaluation methodology.
- Recommend knowledge management (KM) technology where applicable, advising on the potential benefits/uses of automation to improve the efficiency of administrative support or program operations.
- Develop monthly reports/briefs on significant activities, with a focus on quantifiable progress; report on the effectiveness of projects and processes.
- Organize and facilitate internal and external communications on a wide array of subjects, including internal and external tasks, program reviews, meetings, congressional events, invitations, speaking events, and resources.
- Experience as a Staff Officer with SETA experience at the OUSD/Joint Staff level as a field-grade officer or contractor.
- Understanding of PNT culture and standards.
- Experience with RFI response and task management, preferably using CATMs or similar tools.
- Stakeholder engagement and strategic communications experience, with a strong understanding of messaging.
- Ability to pay attention to detail and organize tasks effectively.
- Bachelor's degree.
- TS/SCI with polygraph
- Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Possession of excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a large government organization and with diverse federal and contractor staff.
