This role will report to the Director of Ecommerce and Marketing and collaborate with other teams and stakeholders to achieve company goals.Essential Job Duties and ResponsibilitiesMaintain a record of proper attendance (onsite Monday through Friday 7:30am to 4:30pm), performance, and timely completion of all required duties.Demonstrate a strong sense of urgency and uphold a culture of excellence, innovation and commitment to the company's core values.SEO - Responsible for driving website traffic and sales through search engine optimization (SEO) and onsite search improvements. Key duties include conducting keyword research, optimizing content, implementing technical SEO strategies, and enhancing site search functionality to improve user experience and boost conversions.Content and Social - Responsible for developing and optimizing content for web, social media, and traditional marketing initiatives. Key duties include conducting audience and market research, identifying content opportunities, keeping a detailed content calendar, managing social media channels, and measuring performance metrics to ensure alignment with marketing goals and drive engagement, leads, and sales growth.Email - Responsible for executing email marketing strategies to drive customer engagement, generate leads, and increase revenue. Key duties include growing and segmenting email lists, crafting personalized and compelling email content, designing campaigns, and analyzing performance metrics to optimize effectiveness and ROI.Utilize web analytics tools, including Google Analytics 4 and Looker Studio, to analyze performance, visualize KPIs, and deliver actionable insights for optimization.Collaborate with marketing, outside sales, customer service, and management teams to support cross-functional initiatives, increase digital adoption, and drive sales.Document processes and procedures clearly and effectively to ensure consistency and efficiency, while providing training and support to team members.Present key findings and actionable recommendations to the management team to support data-driven decision-making and strategic planning.QualificationsBasic Job RequirementsDeep understanding of search optimization strategies, including onsite SEO (content, technical, and UX) and offsite SEO (link building and authority development).Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Search Console, SEMrush, MOZ, and Ahrefs.Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) and content creation tools such as Adobe Creative Suite. Proficiency in email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or Constant Contact.Proficiency in web analytics tools, including Google Analytics 4 and Looker Studio.Passion for learning and mastering e-commerce technologies and best practices.Self-motivated and organized, able to manage multiple priorities effectively.Strong analytical skills with a focus on leveraging data for decision-making.Creative problem solver with a strategic mindset.Positive, adaptable, and open to taking on new challenges as needed.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer applications.Physically capable of safely meeting job-related demands.Proficient in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.Basic math skills for accurate and reliable calculations.Experience Requirements2-4 years of experience in e-commerce, marketing, or a related field.Proven experience with SEO strategies, email marketing platforms, and content management systems.Hands-on experience with web analytics tools, including Google Analytics 4 and Looker Studio.Familiarity with paid advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, social media ads) is a plus.Educational RequirementsBachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.Relevant certifications (e.g., Google Analytics, SEO, or email marketing) are a plus but not required.
