The successful candidate will be responsible for handling a wide range of trust and estate matters, including estate planning, wealth management, and probate. The role requires a deep understanding of the legal industry and a passion for providing exceptional service to our clients. Responsibilities As a Permanent Associate Attorney, you will be expected to:1. Provide comprehensive legal advice to clients on matters related to trusts, estates, probate, and wealth management.2. Draft and review various legal documents such as wills, trusts, estate plans, and power of attorney.3. Represent clients in probate and trust administration, including litigation and dispute resolution.4. Conduct legal research and analysis to ensure the most effective strategies for wealth preservation and transfer.5. Work closely with clients and their advisors to develop tailored estate planning solutions that meet their needs and objectives.6. Stay up-to-date with changes in trust and estate laws and regulations to advise clients accordingly.7. Participate in business development activities, including networking events, seminars, and conferences.8. Collaborate with a team of attorneys and support staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality legal services.QualificationsTo be considered for this position, you must have:1. A Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.2. A minimum of 4 years of experience as an attorney specializing in trusts and estates.3. Admission to the state bar where practicing.4. Proven experience in estate planning, wealth management, trust administration, and probate.5. Exceptional legal research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.6. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact with clients and team members at all levels.7. Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.8. A commitment to maintaining the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism.9.
