Qualified candidates will have experience supporting an IC or DoD customer. Duties and responsibilities vary by role and may include: Work as part of a blended team of government and contractor personnel including interacting with technical and functional team members, client, and other stakeholders Support application delivery and documenting requirements, dependencies, and constraints Support a liaison role between clients, stakeholders, and the development team to ensure alignment of tasks and clear communication Produce system and business documentation to include requirements, flow charts, technical specifications and training documentation Support end users across a range of tasks including training, troubleshooting, and addressing issues or concerns Work full on-site schedule Other duties, as requiredEducation and qualifications: U.S. citizenship Current TS/SCI with polygraph 3+ years of related experience capturing, validating, and refining business requirements for systems design and development Experience working in a customer-facing role Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving abilities Demonstrated time management skills to support independent work and team tasks and adhere to schedule constraints Experience working with system documentation including creating and maintaining user documentation materials Experience supporting cross-functional teams with system quality and verification tasks Effective written and verbal communication skills to work in a dynamic team environment Availability to support a full on-site schedulePreferred experience includes: Prior experience working in a government consulting role is preferred Lean Six Sigma certification is preferred Experience working with Atlassian Suite such as Jira and Confluence Experience with system requirements gathering tasks in a software or systems development environment is preferred Experience with Change Management and Communication tasks is preferredJTEC Consulting LLC provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws.
