Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Part-Time Executive Assistant to support our executive team. In this role, you will manage executive schedules, coordinate meetings across multiple time zones, and handle critical administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have exceptional communication and organizational skills, we’d love to hear from you! This is a part-time role with flexible hours, requiring approximately 15 hours per week and can grow as needed. Key Responsibilities

Calendar Management:

Maintain and organize the executive’s schedule, including booking meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Time Zone Coordination:

Facilitate seamless communication and scheduling across global teams, ensuring availability across multiple time zones. Meeting Preparation:

Organize agendas, prepare documents, and ensure executives are well-prepared for meetings. Communication Liaison:

Act as a point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring timely and professional correspondence. Task Prioritization:

Assist with prioritizing and tracking action items, ensuring deadlines are met. Administrative Support:

Handle other ad-hoc tasks as needed. Qualifications

Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role. Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in scheduling tools, email platforms, and productivity software (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft Office). Ability to manage and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility to adjust working hours to accommodate international time zones. Preferred Qualifications

Experience working in a startup or high-growth environment. Familiarity with cross-border communications and global team operations.
