Masters degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or a related field Licensed in Texas as an LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent Experience in addiction treatment or mental health counseling Knowledge of evidence-based practices (CBT, DBT, trauma-informed care) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team Responsibilities
Provide individual, group, and family therapy to clients in the RTC setting Develop and implement personalized treatment plans in collaboration with the treatment team Conduct assessments and ongoing evaluations to monitor client progress Facilitate psychoeducational groups on addiction, recovery, and coping strategies Collaborate with medical staff, case managers, and peer support specialists Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client care Participate in clinical team meetings and provide input on care planning Stay current on developments in SUD treatment through training and research
Location: Buda, TX
Schedule: Tuesday through Saturday 9:00am-5:00pm
Pay: $55,000 - $75,000 annually
