Salary:
$100,000 - $120,000 with a 10% bonus
Shift:
Primarily Monday-Friday
Location:
Hummelstown, PA (relocation assistance)
Job Duties and Responsibilities
Lead and manage the maintenance team, including 1 lead and 1 tech Ensure all plant equipment is operating efficiently, focusing on high-speed bottling and canning processes. Develop and execute a preventative maintenance (PM) program to minimize downtime and improve equipment reliability. Oversee the maintenance budget and ensure cost-effective operations. Drive continuous improvement (CI) initiatives, utilizing lean manufacturing principles to enhance plant efficiency. Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and regulatory requirements. Manage projects related to boilers, wastewater, electrical/PLCs, ammonia systems, compressed air, and conveyors/pumps. Hire, train, and develop maintenance personnel to enhance their skills and capabilities. Education Requirements
High School Diploma (Bachelor's degree preferred) 5+ years of management experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in food, beverage, or pharmaceutical industries Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Strong knowledge of high-speed multi-line production packaging and processing equipment. Experience with boilers, wastewater treatment, electrical/PLC systems, ammonia refrigeration, and compressed air systems. Proven experience in lean manufacturing or continuous improvement (CI) tools. Previous union management experience is preferred. Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
