As soon as possible PRIMARY PURPOSE:
To install and repair computers, printers, and related equipment for the district. The person will work closely with Technical Services personnel and all other departments for the district. QUALIFICATIONS: Education/Certification:
High School Diploma or GED Have knowledge of PC's Macintosh, Ethernet and wireless networking in a Windows and Novell environment Valid Texas driver's license SPECIAL KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS:
Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot computer hardware and software Highly organized, detailed oriented and able to work within a high pressure environment Possess effective communication, public relation and interpersonal skills EXPERIENCE:
Have demonstrated successful hardware and software experience with PC and Macintosh computer repair MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
Pick-up, delivery, installation and repair of computers, network hardware, printers and related equipment for the district Troubleshoot wireless access equipment Perform other duties as assigned SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
None WORKING CONDITIONS: Mental Demands:
Able to work in high pressure environment Physical demands/environmental factors:
