Job Title: Business Systems Analyst
Location: Santa Clara, CA 95054 (100% Onsite)
Duration: 6 Months (Potential to Extension/Hire)
Schedule: 8 AM -5 PM (40 hrs/week)
Pay Rate Range: $85/hr - $88/hr
Job Description:
Join us as a Business Systems Analyst (BSA) within the Customer Experience (CX) organization, responsible for enhancing efficiencies and alignment using ServiceNow functionalities. You will lead system enhancements, collaborate with stakeholders and development teams, and streamline operations to meet department goals amidst resource constraints.
Roles and Responsibilities: Act as the primary liaison between CX Services business stakeholders and development teams, ensuring alignment and collaboration Analyze current business processes to identify gaps and propose efficient solutions within CX operations Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and improve workflows enhancing service delivery Optimize support processes, integrating tools and workflows for a seamless customer experience Lead system enhancements leveraging ServiceNow capabilities to support monitoring, case management, and customer success initiatives Improve and automate service delivery processes across CX, emphasizing communication and efficiency Translate high-level business requirements into detailed user stories, epics, and actionable tasks Manage backlogs, capture requirements, and track enhancement progress through tools like ServiceNow, Jira, and Aha! Champion design thinking, facilitating workshops to innovate solutions within the ServiceNow platform Support agile methodologies within CX Services to deliver impactful solutions efficiently Skills:
Experience as a Business Systems Analyst with cloud-based enterprise applications Proficiency in integrating ServiceNow with other enterprise applications like SAP and Salesforce Hands-on experience with ServiceNow modules such as Customer Service Management (CSM) and Field Service Management (FSM) Ability to manage complex backlogs effectively using ServiceNow, Jira, and Aha! Familiarity with design thinking methodologies and leading workshops for user-centered design Strong understanding and experience with agile frameworks like SAFe Analytical skills to gather requirements and translate them into actionable epics and user stories Interpersonal and communication skills for effective cross-functional collaboration Organizational skills to prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment Experience with subscription-based platforms like Salesforce CPQ and SAP Expertise in ServiceNow CSM, SPM, and FSM, and complex enterprise application integrations Proficiency in managing product rules, validation rules, and workflow automation in Salesforce or similar platforms Success in facilitating change within agile and transformative business environments Education :
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field preferred
