Supporting our focus on high-quality medicine, our appointments are mostly 45 minutes, allowing you the time to educate and develop bonds and relationships with clients. Our doctor to staff ratio is greater than 4:1 and our staff has impressive longevity and low turnover. Our work week for full-time employees typically consists of four days, but we are open to a three-day work week or even part-time. What's In It For You
