Job Summary:
As an IT SAP Functional Analyst - Fieldglass Expert, you will play a critical role in the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of SAP Fieldglass solutions. Your expertise will ensure seamless integration of the module with other HR and business systems, optimizing HR processes and data management practices across the organization. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements, create functional design documents, and provide solutions that align with business needs and technical capabilities. This position is an integral strategic partner in technology decisions and provides ongoing system support.
Key Responsibilities:
Subject Matter Expertise (SME):
Serve as the SAP Fieldglass expert, with deep knowledge in Contingent Workforce Management (CWM), Statement of Work (SOW) management, Assignment Management, and Profile Worker (PW) modules.
Lead the implementation, configuration, and optimization of SAP Fieldglass solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements and integration with other systems.
System Integration & Configuration:
Implement and configure SAP Fieldglass, ensuring its integration with SAP Ariba, SAP SuccessFactors, S/4 HANA, and other ERP systems for seamless workforce management.
Work with large Systems Integrators (SIs) in the migration and integration of SAP ECC to S/4 HANA, ensuring smooth data flow and synchronization using SAP CPI and API management tools.
Collaboration with Business Units:
Build and maintain trusted relationships with key stakeholders (internally & externally), driving mutual commitment to shared goals.
Partner with HR, Procurement, and IT departments to gather business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
System Troubleshooting & Optimization:
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP Fieldglass and its integrations with other SAP and non-SAP systems.
Stay updated on the latest SAP Fieldglass releases, enhancements, and best practices to ensure system optimization and compliance.
Training & Support:
Provide expert advice and ongoing support on the use of SAP Fieldglass, optimizing contingent workforce management and procurement processes.
Conduct training sessions for end-users, ensuring they are proficient in using the system and understand its capabilities.
Release Management:
Conduct release sessions with relevant teams and plan feature activation and release testing with QA teams.
Manage feature rollouts and ensure a smooth transition for all users with new capabilities.
Required Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
Experience: 7+ years of experience in Information Technology, with a strong focus on SAP systems. 5+ years of experience in IT project implementation, specifically with SAP systems. 5+ years of experience in data analysis and business analysis. Technical Skills:
Proven expertise in SAP Fieldglass configuration, customization, and integration with other systems. Deep understanding of contingent workforce management, procurement processes, and associated data structures. Experience working with SAP CPI (Cloud Platform Integration), SAP Ariba, S/4 HANA, and SAP SuccessFactors. Communication & Collaboration:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Integration Tools:
Experience with SAP Fieldglass Integration Center, Business Technology Platform (BTP), and API management.
Certifications:
CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) or CCBA (Certification of Competency in Business Analysis) certification is highly preferred.
SAP Fieldglass certifications and integration-related certifications are a plus.
Advanced Education:
Graduate degree or equivalent experience.
Additional Experience:
7+ years of experience in business analysis and IT project management. Experience with SAP and procurement systems.
Certifications:
