Our client, a Media Company, is looking for a Creative Strategist to join their team. This will be full time/direct hire and fully remote but you must be local to the LA or NYC area.
The ideal candidate has experience in Gen-z trends and media, K-pop and entertainment!
Key Responsibilities:
• Campaign Development: Conceptualize and pitch creative strategies and campaigns tailored to client goals and audiences. Audience Insights: Utilize data and cultural trends to inform creative decisions and ensure campaigns align with Gen Z and multicultural values. • Content Strategy: Collaborate with the production and content teams to develop multimedia assets, including premium video content, branded shows, and social media activations. • Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their objectives, providing innovative solutions that connect with their target demographics. • Creative Briefs: Prepare detailed briefs for internal teams, outlining campaign goals, messaging, and execution plans. • Trend Spotting: Stay ahead of digital media, entertainment, and cultural trends to keep campaigns fresh and relevant. • Cross-Functional Alignment: Partner with sales, analytics, and production teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and measurable success. • Presentation Excellence: Deliver polished, compelling presentations that articulate creative vision and strategic insights to clients and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Creative Arts, or a related field. • 5+ years in creative strategy, content marketing, or a related field, with experience developing multimedia campaigns. • Strong understanding of digital media, Gen Z, multicultural audiences, and entertainment trends. • Exceptional storytelling and content ideation skills. • Strong communication and presentation abilities. • Proficiency in creative tools and platforms (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Google Slides). • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to inform creative decisions.
