Finance Director/CFO Reports to:
Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Position Summary: Under the direction of the Chief Executive Officer, the Finance Director/CFO serves as the focal point for all financial operations for the health center. The Finance Director/CFO develops and executes financial policies and procedures. The Finance Director/CFO is directly accountable for the functions of the general ledger, payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing and collections, purchasing, grants management, budget preparation, and other operations as may be necessary. The Finance Director/CFO will work closely with the Chief Medical Officer and Director of Operations to ensure the delivery of comprehensive health care services. Qualifications: An undergraduate degree or higher from an accredited college or university in accounting, finance, or business management; a master's degree is preferred. Must have at least three (3) years minimum experience in Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (fiscal management), experience in automated accounting software, and grants management. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in grants management and not-for-profit funding policies and procedures. Supervisory experience. Salary Range:
