Unit: Case Management Number of Beds: 321 bed for-profit acute care hospital Patient Ratios: 1:25-1:30 Unit staffing description: 2 CM Assistants in department Documentation system: MediTech, Midas, CarePort, Facility Scheduler, Kronos Scheduling requirements: M-F – 8a-4:30 pm – weekend rotation PRN Floating policy: within hospital units Certifications: RN Years of Experience Required: 1+ years Requested Skill Set: Acute Hospital Case Management Must have: Registered Nurse, Travel experience preferred, Hospital Case Management experience required Dress Code: Business Casual Job Requirements
