Role and Responsibilities: Communicate with the 3PLs daily and update the sales team with order statuses. Ensure that all orders are routed and shipped on time and the correct shipping instructions are provided for all pick tickets. Liaise with the customer service representative at our warehouses and provide any missing order information required for shipping. Understanding the various compliance requirements for each customer and ensure compliance on all orders shipped. Liaise with the allocation and work order team as needed. Review daily open pick reports and pick ticket status reports. Detailed communications with multiple warehouses and customer vendor relations teams. Interaction with all levels of management and sales teams. Familiarity with retail chain customer requirements including routing guides. Involvement with customer routing processes as needed. Develop and maintain SOP's related to customer compliance. Perform other related duties as assigned by management. Qualifications:
3+ years of experience working in the wholesale industry Associate degree or bachelor's degree preferred. Strong communication and organizational skills are required. Familiarity with Simparel, Blue Cherry desired. Attention to detail is a must. Benefits and Perks:

NY Pay Transparency:
The pay range for this position is ($55,000 - $60,000) annually based on skills and experience.
