Description: • The Product Owner/Manager is responsible for leveraging data insights and feedback to prioritize and implement enhancements across various digital platforms, with a focus on web applications. • This role involves creating and maintaining a product roadmap, managing backlogs, and ensuring smooth collaboration among technical teams, stakeholders, and customers. • The individual will act as the voice of the customer, driving improvements to user experience and aligning technical requirements with business goals.
Job Duties and Responsibilities: • Oversee the product lifecycle from concept to completion, supporting overall business objectives. • Gather and interpret stakeholder feedback to develop and maintain a prioritized product backlog and roadmap. • Collaborate with technical, marketing, business, and external partners to achieve functionality, design, and usability goals for digital platforms. • Utilize Agile methodologies to manage backlogs, plan iterations, and write detailed user stories with clear acceptance criteria. • Facilitate workshops and discussions to translate business needs into actionable technical requirements. • Manage dependencies among platform releases and integrations while maintaining the technology roadmap. • Drive improvements to customer experience across digital channels by acting as the advocate for the user journey. • Ensure seamless integration and functionality of web applications, including workflows and external APIs.
Required Skills: • 5+ years of experience managing digital platforms or web applications in marketing, consumer technology, or related fields. • Proven success delivering complex software solutions with cross-functional teams. • Proficiency in Agile development methodologies and ALM tools. • Strong capability to write user stories and define acceptance criteria. • Familiarity with web application technologies, APIs, and enterprise integration. • Effective communication and collaboration skills. • Ability to evaluate ROI and build business cases for new initiatives.
Desired Skills: • Experience with search engine optimization (SEO), A/B testing, and analytics tools. • Knowledge of speech analytics and customer experience mapping. • Background in software development. • Ability to work both remotely and in-office.
Education: • Bachelor's or Associate degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, or a related field. • MBA preferred.
