Akkodis is hiring: Data Analyst in Salt Lake City

Akkodis is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team in the Salt Lake City, UT area. The successful candidate will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting large sets of data to provide actionable insights that support business decision-making and improve operational performance.

Pay/Salary Range: $70-110K based on experience

Key Responsibilities:
• Collect, clean, and organize data from various sources, including internal databases, Google Analytics, and third-party platforms.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive business growth.
• Create and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, and other data visualization tools to present findings.
• Perform statistical analysis, data mining, and predictive modeling to support data-driven decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and deliver solutions aligned with business goals.
• Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across all reports and dashboards.
• Develop and automate regular reports for performance monitoring and business insights.
• Provide recommendations for process improvements, operational efficiencies, and strategic initiatives based on data analysis.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
• Strong proficiency in SQL to extract, manipulate, and analyze data from databases.
• Expertise in data visualization tools, including Power BI and Tableau, for building dashboards and reports.
• Experience working with Google Analytics and other web analytics platforms.
• Solid understanding of statistical techniques, data modeling, and data analysis methodologies.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with big data platforms (e.g., Hadoop, Spark).
• Familiarity with machine learning techniques and tools.

Pay Details: $70,000.00 to $110,000.00 per year
