Position Summary

Guggenheim Securities ("GS") is seeking a Business Operations Analyst.

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the leadership of the Infrastructure Coverage and Advisory Group on the management of the business unit. You will work on developing the systems and tools to ensure that strategic and operational initiatives and the day-to-day management of the business are delivered consistent with overall objectives. In addition you will support the team in developing marketing initiatives inline with GS's broader marketing guidelines in a manner which supports the growth of the business unit.

To be successful in this role, you will have excellent administrative, organizational, communication and marketing skills in addition to be able to effectively leverage CRM systems. You should also be able to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, developing and executing strategic plans that reflect the company's core values and goals.

Your role will require the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, solution-oriented environment. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Marketing Content and External Communications Drive and manage development of external marketing materials Drive development of a regular / periodic email marketing Track business initiatives and internal manage client database Assist in development of marketing plan consistent with GS' broader plan Develop and manage a monthly dinner series with clients CRM System Management Maintain and manage portfolio company database, including facilitating merger into GS' CRM system Management of CRM system data integrity, and leverage for the operation of the team Client Coverage Plan Implementation Develop and maintain coverage account plans Maintain and manage client profiles Actively monitor changes in client activity Monitor and identify portfolio company activity Track changes in responsibilities and titles of clients Weekly activity plan Develop and maintain weekly summary of activity report monitoring of client interactions and engagement

Preferred Qualifications

Significant level of maturity and poise working under pressure A self-starter with a client-service mindset and strong work ethic Ability to engage and communicate externally to clients in helping drive initiatives Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent written and oral communication skills Effective project management and process management capabilities Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, and collaborate cross-functionally A passion for solving problems creatively Strong proficiency in PowerPoint presentation creation and database management Strong proficiency in CRM systems Knowledge of Dealogic, Bloomberg, FactSet and/or CapIQ preferred Working knowledge of investment banking and capital markets products Basic Qualifications

Minimum of a Bachelor's degree required 3-7 years of experience within a professional environment Work Location

Currently, this role is expected to be in the New York office at least 4 days per week. Salary

Annual base salary between $90,000 and $125,000. The base salary range represents the low and high end of the anticipated base salary range for this position. Actual base salaries may vary depending on factors such as location and experience. The range listed reflects base salary only, and the total compensation package may include other components such as incentive compensation.
