The Select Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Project Manager to lead a major IT infrastructure refresh for a North Carolina-based healthcare system. This role will focus on overseeing the implementation of IT infrastructure updates at four pilot sites, ensuring alignment with project goals, timelines, and organizational needs. As a remote position, the role requires working within Eastern Standard Time (EST) working hours, with occasional travel to the pilot sites for Go-Live events. Technical Project Manager Key Responsibilities Project Leadership & Oversight: Lead and manage the full lifecycle of the IT infrastructure refresh project, including planning, execution, and monitoring of progress for four pilot sites within a healthcare system. Requirements Gathering & Documentation: Work with stakeholders to collect, document, and organize detailed business and technical requirements for the IT infrastructure updates. Stakeholder Collaboration & Communication: Regularly collaborate with internal teams, external vendors, and key stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment across all levels of the organization. Risk Management & Issue Resolution: Identify potential risks and issues, implementing proactive solutions to ensure the project stays on track and meets its objectives. Budget & Timeline Management: Oversee project budgets and timelines, ensuring that deliverables are met within scope, on time, and within budget. Technical Guidance: Provide technical insight and direction during the implementation of IT infrastructure solutions, coordinating with engineers and technical teams to ensure seamless execution and integration. Technical Project Manager Required Skills & Qualifications

IT Infrastructure Project Management: Minimum of 5+years of experience managing large-scale IT infrastructure projects, including networking, server, storage, and other technical updates. Healthcare IT Experience: Previous experience working within a healthcare environment is highly desirable, understanding the unique challenges and regulatory requirements specific to the healthcare industry. Requirements Documentation: Expertise in gathering, organizing, and documenting technical requirements in a clear and structured manner to ensure seamless project execution. Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to collaborate with various stakeholders, translating technical language into business terms and ensuring stakeholder expectations are aligned. Project Management Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple aspects of complex projects simultaneously. Bachelor's Degree: A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field PMP Certification (Preferred): Certification in Project Management (PMP) required
