Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., GIS, Geography, Computer Science, Statistics) or equivalent practical experience 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst, with a focus on GIS Proficiency in Python for data manipulation, analysis, and visualization Strong SQL skills for querying and managing relational databases Experience with FME for spatial data integration and transformation Knowledge of and experience with RDBMS (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a keen attention to detail Effective communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Responsibilities Utilize your expertise in GIS to analyze and interpret spatial data, providing valuable insights for decision-making processes Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver actionable recommendations Develop and implement Python scripts for data manipulation, analysis, and visualization Write and optimize SQL queries to extract and transform data from various sources Utilize FME (Feature Manipulation Engine) to integrate and transform geospatial data across different formats Manage and maintain relational database management systems (RDBMS) to ensure data accuracy and accessibility Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement data visualizations, maps, and reports to effectively communicate findings Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies related to GIS and data analysis Are you passionate about leveraging data to drive informed decision-making?
