Senior Data Analyst (Dynamics 365)

Compensation: $65.00+/hourly
Duration: 12 month contract
Job Description:
Our well-known automobile and equipment manufacturer is seeking a skilled Senior Data Analyst with expertise in Dynamics 365 to join their team. This role involves extracting, analyzing, and interpreting data within the Dynamics 365 platform to deliver actionable insights that drive business decisions. The ideal candidate will have experience in data visualization, statistical analysis, and collaborating with stakeholders to meet organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:

• Access data from various Dynamics 365 modules (Sales, Marketing, Customer Service).
• Identify and resolve data quality issues, including duplicates and inconsistencies.
• Transform and manipulate data to prepare it for analysis.
• Perform statistical techniques to identify trends and patterns in data.
• Calculate key performance indicators (KPIs) aligned with business objectives.
• Create comprehensive reports and dashboards using tools like Power BI.
• Develop interactive visualizations to communicate insights effectively.
• Translate data analysis into actionable insights and business opportunities.
• Present findings and recommendations to support decision-making.
• Work with business users to understand data needs and requirements.
• Incorporate feedback to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Maintain data integrity and compliance with governance policies.
• Monitor data quality and implement necessary cleansing procedures.

Required Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Power BI for creating and managing data visualizations.
• Strong SQL querying skills for extracting and manipulating data.
• Familiarity with statistical tools and techniques, such as Excel, R, or Python.
• In-depth knowledge of Dynamics 365 modules and functionalities.
