Role Overview:
We are seeking a skilled
Senior Scrum Lead/Project Manager
with expertise in
Agile/Scrum methodologies and hands-on project management . The candidate will lead Scrum ceremonies, collaborate with stakeholders, manage backlogs, and ensure efficient project delivery.
Responsibilities:
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies: Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives. Collaborate with Product Owners, Technical Architects, and Business Analysts to prioritize and manage backlogs. Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and deliverables. Communicate project updates, risks, and solutions to stakeholders. Mentor teams to adopt Agile practices and optimize performance.
Requirements:
10+ years of experience as a Scrum Lead/Project Manager in an Agile environment. Proven expertise in backlog management and stakeholder collaboration. Familiarity with tools like Jira, Trello, or similar project management software. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Availability to work within Pacific Standard Time (PST) hours.
Required Qualifications:
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Project Management Professional (PMP). Experience in a remote team setting. Background in software development lifecycle (SDLC) and DevOps.
