Founded in 1919 as Phototype and recently rebranded as the Olberding Brand Family, we are a family company focused first on caring for people. Our services begin in conceptual brand strategy and design, then flow through adaptive design all the way to the production of color accurate and regulatory/retailer compliant physical and digital touch points. The Account Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Team Leaders and Account Managers by providing intelligent service in the production and tracking of jobs and documents. The Account Manager will organize and coordinate office procedures, operations, and resources to create organizational efficiency.
Duties and Responsibilities Include:
Support multiple teams with uploads, post-flights, render management, plate remakes, writing revisions, renders and customer reports Manage file pick-ups, color proofs deliveries, dies, ink draw downs, color standards, press samples, projects, etc. Ensure that print samples and renders are correct Assist and liaise with account teams to prepare spec sheets and meeting documents Coordinate file request activities, research and fulfill Qualifications Include:
1-2 years' experience in customer service/office administration and project management Computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Filemaker) Strong understanding of the graphic & packaging industries preferred Able to prioritize and complete work assignments/projects with a sense of urgency and execution for excellent results Benefits Include:
