Senior Data Analyst, Data Desk Miami, FL Full-Time Position Are you ready to make an impact? WHAT YOU’LL DO: Data Desk: Support timely triage of incoming requests, ranging from ad-hoc report requests to BI tool access, managing to a well-defined SLA for response and closure. Data Calendar: Own portions of the Enterprise Data Calendar to ensure on-time delivery of data outputs, such as the Month End and Quarter End report close. Ad-Hoc Analysis: Provide on-demand analytical support for various business functions and deliver timely recommendations. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as the bridge between routine Data requests and longer-term strategic Data Initiatives. Reporting & Visualization: Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations using tools like Tableau or Power BI. Innovation: Recommend improvements to customer interfaces, processes, foundational Data systems, BI tools, and dashboards. WHAT YOU’LL BRING: Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus. 4-6 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field. Excellent communication skills with the ability to present technical findings to non-technical stakeholders. Experience working in a collaborative, team-oriented environment. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into analytical solutions. Advanced SQL with proven ability to integrate multi-table joins, pivots, grouping, and common table expressions. Proven experience delivering reports and dashboards in at least one data visualization tool. Hands-on experience with statistical analysis and advanced Excel functions.
