Job Description
General Position Summary
This position is responsible for creating and executing marketing communication strategies to support revenue growth, company messaging, and enhance brand awareness. Manages members of the internal marketing team and third-party vendors to define and execute marketing efforts. Works closely with senior management to create effective communications platforms, tools, messages, collateral, and event marketing to appeal to target audiences, generate leads, an increase brand awareness. Partners with senior management to excite, engage and enable the sales channel and create preferences for the company products in the designated markets and market segments. Develop and manage marketing budget, create marketing campaigns to drive sales performance, and creates and measure metrics to quantify impact of the marketing programs and to refine them appropriately. This individual will collaborate with the company's Global Marketing team as needed to develop and implement marketing strategies and messaging to ensure successful product introductions.
Essential Job Functions
Marketing Overview
Create and execute marketing communication program to achieve objectives and enhance brand image with digital and print communications. Create and collaborate with Sales and Service team on effective marketing contents, marketing communications plans and objectives suitable to the target markets. Develop metrics and reports to analyze and measure the status and effectiveness of marketing programs and propose tactics to increase effectiveness. Support clinical team to build relationships with KOL's to obtain references and speaker opportunities. Measures the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and strategies. Utilize marketing customer database and increase customers' interests in products and generate qualified leads and opportunities. Oversee website administration to ensure the website is informative, updated, resourceful and appealing for customers. Plan and conduct market research to identify opportunities for sales and establish consistent corporate brand and image throughout product lines, promotional materials and events. Work with the sales department, senior management, global marketing, and advertising agencies to effectively leverage web marketing, tradeshow participation, and direct marketing. Digital Marketing
Develop marketing campaigns and promotions to drive product interest, education, and awareness to achieve customer acquisition and sales. Ensure successful data workflow for Sales, Marketing, and Support teams. Develop and report on email marketing KPIs on regular basis. Maintain integrity and hygiene of general database. Administrator of marketing automation platform and responsible for managing and optimizing the platform and all related 3rd party API services. Own social media channels and develop social media strategies and content plans to engage, maintain, and grow followers and qualified leads. Develop and report on social media marketing KPIs on regular basis. Maintain consistent brand voice, tone and style in accordance with the company branding and VI guidelines. Share feedback and insights that can inform our overall product, marketing, and customer engagement strategies. Analyze and report on social media performance on a periodic and annual basis. Website Administration
Lead web content strategy for key audiences. Strategize ongoing website changes to maintain compelling experiences that engage our audiences. Stay current and modify b pages to reflect any company changes and product changes such as feature enhancements and revisions. Continually build virtual library with new assets including brochures, articles, case studies, press releases, and other related assets. Leverage latest SEO trends and ensure the website ranks for optimal keywords. Manage and oversee platforms related to website administration including WordPress for back end, Zapier for integration and data flow between WordPress and Marketo. Work closely with 3rd party developer to ensure objectives described above are successfully met. Graphic Design
Invent new ideas for branding, advertising campaign, and marketing messages. Conceptualize and produce engaging graphics for digital + print mediums. Own the process from concept to completion and collaborate with senior management. Ensure compliance with internal QA and FDA. Video Production
Collaborate with senior management on video projects to create visual content to engage external audiences. Own the post-production process to produce high-quality, internal and external facing videos. Ensure compliance with internal QA and FDA. Trade Show
Attend trade shows as required, produce marketing and promotional content, and conduct competitive analysis during live events. Marketing Operations
Ensure data integrity and workflow of CRM database. Creates and analyzes reports periodically and as requested by senior management. Provide operational support to Sales and Marketing team as needed. Verify Administrator of customer relationship management (CRM) platform and responsible for managing and optimizing the platform and all related 3rd party API services. Marketing Inventory
Verifies the condition of show materials - booths, banners, tablecloths, etc. before and after every show and within one week post show. Organizes and maintains marketing room, ensures all inventory is up to date, removes obsolete materials and re-orders supplies as inventory is reduced or changed. Maintains up to date and compliant inventory of all Trade Show and Marketing Materials and performs all ordering, shipping, receiving, checking, maintenance and bulling. Administration
Plan, update and analyze budget and follow up actual expenses for trade shows and advertising periodically. Negotiate contract terms with outside agencies. Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university. Must have at least 5 years of previous experience in marketing field.
