Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and friendly manner, ensuring they sign in and are directed to the appropriate person or department.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages, ensuring timely distribution.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and lobby.
- Assist with general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and preparing documents.
- Monitor office supplies and order replacements as needed.
- Provide support to staff and departments as requested, including making copies, preparing materials, and other administrative duties.
- Maintain office security by following procedures and monitoring visitor access.
- Address any inquiries or concerns from visitors or staff promptly and professionally.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification or training in office administration is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
- Friendly and professional demeanor with a focus on customer service.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
