Black Diamond Group's Corporate IT Group has a full-time position for a Senior NetSuite Administrator. This role is hybrid - in-office with 20% flexibility to work from home.

The Senior NetSuite Administrator will play a pivotal role in supporting the users of Black Diamond's ERP system, with a particular focus on NetSuite. This position requires a combination of strong ERP expertise and a deep understanding of accounting processes to ensure that all users-from finance to operations-receive effective support. You will be responsible for managing system configurations, troubleshooting user issues, and ensuring that the ERP system operates efficiently, enhancing the overall user experience.

This role requires strong relationship building and attention to detail, the ability to effectively organize and coordinate with internal stakeholders, and manage deliverables within required timelines with a positive and professional attitude.

Responsibilities

U ser Support and Troubleshooting,

you will be the primary point of contact for all ERP-related issues. User Training and Adoption,

leading training sessions, maintaining user-friendly documentation, and customizing training materials. System Configuration and User-Centric Enhancements,

collaborate closely with users to understand their specific needs, translating them into system configuration and customization requests that enhance their experience. Communication and Support Coordination

facilitates effective communication between users, IT teams, and external vendors to ensure timely resolution of system issues and seamless user support. Reporting and Data Support , provide users with customized reports, data insights, and key metrics that help them perform their roles more effectively. Continuous Process Improvement , partnering with users to evaluate current ERP processes and workflows, and identifying opportunities for simplification, automation, and system enhancements. Qualifications

Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in an easy-to-understand manner for non-technical users. Minimum of 5+ years of experience in ERP system support, with a focus on providing end-user support and system optimization. Strong expertise in NetSuite, with a solid understanding of ERP-related finance and accounting functions. Proven experience troubleshooting ERP systems and managing system configurations to enhance user experience. Post-secondary degree in IT, business, accounting, or a related field.
